What we ask for, why, and what happens to it.

We collect information only when you choose to send it to us — there is no account to create, and we do not require anything to browse the site.
The Request a Quote form asks for the following. Only your name, phone number, event type and location are required; everything else is optional and exists so we can quote accurately rather than guess.
To respond to your enquiry, prepare a quotation, and — if you go ahead — to plan and deliver the event. That is the only reason this information is asked for.
We do not use it for advertising, we do not build profiles from it, and we do not sell it.
A submission is stored in our own system and becomes an enquiry record that our staff work from. Access is limited by role — a staff member only sees what their role allows.
As an enquiry progresses it may become a quotation, a booking, and a project record, all linked to the original submission so that we can see the history of what was agreed.
Our own staff, according to their role. We do not share enquiry details with third parties for their own purposes.
Where we need a service provider to deliver something you have asked for — sending a message, for example — only what is necessary is shared with them for that purpose.
If you want to know what we hold about you, correct it, or ask us to remove it, contact us on 0288-2751316 or at anjanenterprise@gmail.com and we will deal with it directly.
