FAQ
Tell us the guest count and dates and we will confirm what the fleet covers for that period rather than quoting a number we cannot hold.
We set them out to your layout, then come back to collect afterwards.
Single-day and multi-day rentals are both normal; longer runs are quoted per day.
Tell us. Normal wear is expected and accounted for — we would rather know than find it at collection.
Before you call
Have these four to hand and we can usually quote on the first conversation.
Nothing here has to be final. An approximate guest count and a venue name are enough to start — we would rather revise a real quotation than delay one.
01 · The date
Or the range you are working within. Availability of stock and crew both hang on it.
02 · The venue
Name and location. Ground, access, height and power all change what can be built there.
03 · Rough scale
Guest count to the nearest fifty is fine. It sizes the structure, the seating and the cooling.
04 · What you need from us
Even loosely — the full build, or one element. If you are not sure, say so and we will walk it through.
